Oversight & accountability

How we stay accountable to players

This page documents the safeguards we use to keep reviews impartial, record evidence, and handle complaints. We will keep updating it as more audits and disclosures go live.

Oversight charter

We separate commercial terms from editorial decisions. Ratings and recommendations are based on safety, fairness, and transparency. Offers that fall short are excluded, even if they pay more.

Evidence for every claim

Each review stores screenshots or PDFs of licence details, bonus terms, cashier limits, and support responses. When a term changes, we keep a dated record of what was reviewed and when.

Complaint handling

Player complaints are logged with timestamps, claimed loss/issue, and resolution steps. Where possible we point to official ADR or regulator pathways and track outcomes to improve our guidance.

Conflict-of-interest controls

Reviewers cannot approve offers they negotiated commercially. Each listing is peer-reviewed by a second editor who confirms that the rating rationale is consistent with our published criteria.

Licence and sanctions checks

We validate operator licences against the issuing regulator and cross-check sanctions/ownership news for material changes. Links to regulator lookups will be added as this section is expanded.

Bonus and cashier verification

We record bonus caps, wagering multipliers, expiry windows, restricted games, minimum deposits, withdrawal limits, and KYC friction. Offers with misleading wording are rejected or flagged for rewrite.

Audit trail and change log

Every content update carries a “Last edited” date and editor name. We are preparing a public changelog that will summarize material updates to ratings, payment notes, and dispute guidance.

External references

We cite primary sources when discussing rules or safer gambling standards: regulator notices, official licence registers, ADR bodies, and verified helpline resources. No competitor sites are referenced.

Escalation and contact

If you believe a listing is unsafe or misleading, contact our editorial team via Contact with evidence (screenshots, emails, transaction references). We review escalations within two business days and publish corrections where warranted.
